Shipping & Returns
Shipping days are business days. Monday-Friday 8am-6pm EST.
We provide free standard shipping on all orders, which are over $50.
FREE Shipping can take 8-15 business days. Daily tracking updates are not provided.
FASTEST shipping (between 1-8 days) can be purchased as an upgrade at checkout.
We are unable to ship to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii at this time.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address when you place your order.
On November 18th 2021, we began offering all customers the option to purchase shipping insurance for a very low fee. If you do not select to purchase the shipping insurance, we can not reship items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.
Eligible Items must not show signs of use or damage. Once inspected, we will be happy to credit your original payment method minus the $9 shipping expense back to our warehouse.
We do not accept returns of already burned candles.
Eligible items that were purchased as a set, for example, two candles bought as one SKU must be returned as the set. We can not return or exchange part of a set.
Returning a Damaged Item
Unfortunately, shipping and handling can cause damage to products. If an item from your order arrives damaged, email us firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a picture of the damaged item and your order number. We will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or we will be happy to send you a replacement.
Returning Buy more Save more Items
We are happy to return candles you have purchased in our "buy more save more" promotion. They must not be used or damaged. Please note that your quantity discount will be void upon returning.
